Privacy Notice for Milo

Milo is built and run by Process By Design. Here's exactly what happens to your information when you use it.

What we collect
Your name and email address, and your answers to the ten questions Milo asks about your sales journey.

What we do with it

Your answers are sent securely to Claude (Anthropic's AI) to generate your personalised results. They're not used to train any AI model, they're processed just long enough to build your report and then handled the same way as any of our normal business records.

A copy of your results is only sent to us at Process By Design if you choose to book the Milo Implementation Session, so we can prepare properly for it. If you don't book, we never see your results at all.

Who else sees it

A small number of trusted tools help Milo run (sub-processors), and each only sees what it needs to do its job:

- Anthropic (Claude) generates your results. They don't use your answers to train their models.

- Funnel Sketchers (A white label of Go High Level) handles your purchase and checkout.

- Stripe processes payment. We never see or store your card details.

- Resend sends your results to our inbox, but only if you book the Implementation Session.

- Netlify hosts the tool itself.

None of these get to keep or reuse your data beyond doing their specific job. Each of them has a standard GDPR-compliant DPA

How long we keep it

If you book the Implementation Session, we keep the email with your results only for as long as you work with Process By Design. If you don't book, we never receive that email in the first place, there's nothing to delete.

Your rights
You can ask us what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, any time. Just email [email protected] and we'll sort it.
