I help small business owners plan out and optimise their business processes, in particular with focus on creating a strategy that enables their business to full support the customer journey and the internal sales process.
Once their back office processes are goal-aligned, I design and build branded digital assets, that showcase their services. Behind the scenes, the automated marketing that is handled by tech platforms that these assets sit on, is also created, always with the strategy in mind, but most importantly to look and feel totally on brand.
