Who is Milo for?
I built Milo for those that either aren't ready, or aren't able to invest in a 1:1 session with me. I think mapping your customer journey is such an important part of your sales process, I wanted to make it a more accessible option.

Why is customer Journey mapping important?

Because unless you zoom out to look at the process through your customer's eyes, it is really hard to see where you might be losing them.

How does this connect to your Sales Funnel services?
A sales funnel is designed to bring more leads into your business and could be the first way someone experiences your services.

Once they enter your funnel, they have started on your customer journey. So, even if you are giving something away for free, their experience through that journey informs their decision on the credibility of your business, the quality of your service and whether they want to work with you on anything else.

Therefore, if your customer journey isn't seamlessly guiding them through each step, giving them the right information at the right time and making it easy for them - you're in danger of losing them.

Are the results a generic AI report?
No. Milo has been built with my methods built in, and the results will be bespoke to your business, completely unique to your exact circumstances.

Do I need to be techy to do this?
Not at all. If you can answer questions about your business in plain english, you can use Milo.

What do I do with my results?
If you are confident in creating your own sales funnels and processes, then what you get from Milo will be enough for you to put in place the fix yourself.

If you need some additional support to understand or implement the fixes, then you will have the opportunity to book an implementation session with me where I can guide you through it.

Of course you can also choose to outsource the work fully to me, if you want to, but by no means is that the only option.
